| Nei Jia Martial Arts has three core levels of training Body, Mind & Spirit. Students learning Nei Jia Martial Arts are able to tap into the source of their internal power, having precision control and insight into their bodies. Nei Jia teaches students to unlock and unleash their own body’s full potential. It is a system of Martial Arts training that utilises and develops the natural creative abilities of the students. Training commences with the gaining awareness and understanding of the use of muscle force, internal pressure and blood, in the production of speed and power. Level 1- Nei Jia Body Foundation training and power development techniques are introduced with loosening exercises that help develop amazing internal energy, speed and agility, creating the capacity to generate and release explosive power and force that can be seen heard and felt. This allows you to deliver strikes and blows far beyond what would be expected from a person of your size, appearance or strength. Level one takes approximately 3-6 months to complete depending on the dedication and commitment of each student. Level 2- Nei Jia Mind Creative movement commences which gives the body an elastic like feel and then becomes more supple and pliable. Your body will become flexible and able to release pressure in any direction at any one time. You will also develop the ability to tolerate impact from outside forces without pain or injury. The development of natural fighting ability without the use of set forms or choreographed movements will follow. This is where you begin to get a feel for your capabilities. Level 2 takes approximately 6-18 months to complete depending on the dedication and commitment of each student Level 3- Nei Jia Spirit By this stage, if you have applied yourself, sensitivity training will be introduced. Your nervous system will then become highly sensitive and able to respond to any type of attack with natural movement and devastating effect without the use of strength or brute force. Once creative movement and sensitivity training are combined attack and defensive movements become instinctive. The explosive release of energy and power transfer becomes second nature; this sort of skill is not to be taken lightly. At this point aside from the martial skill obtained, far greater achievements will have been reached including health development, self-understanding and awareness. Only through hard work, persistence and dedication will this level of training ever be achieved. Training Concepts Foundation Training In the beginning, basic techniques and loosening exercises are undertaken. These exercises help develop internal energy, speed and agility Power Development Base power exercises are learnt to a degree that a power sound can be heard and felt from anyone near by! The body starts to take on an elastic-like feel and strengthens throughout. Creative Movement Creative movement occurs when students start to get a real understanding of their bodies and the Nei Jia system. This training gives the students the ability freely and effortlessly to begin using many parts of their bodies as weapons, being capable of releasing power and transferring their energy in any given direction making the body supple and more pliable. Sensitivity Training This training programs the nervous system to become sensitive and adaptable to any situation it may encounter. Attack and defensive movements become second nature and the instinctive ability to apply Nei Jia Martial Arts becomes natural and automatic.
